Pursuant to the final judgment entered in the above-captioned action, I shall hold a sale of the subject property described in the attached Exhibit A on July 10, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. EST, or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, to the highest and best bidder for cash. The sale will be an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
