NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Please Take Notice that the Board of County Commissioners at 9:30 a.m., on July 9, 2013, at its regular meeting in the Board Assembly Room, Fifth Floor, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida, will hold a public hearing for the purpose of hearing public comment, if any, to the petitioners' request to replace the existing 50W decorative light fixtures with 100W decorative light fixtures in Barrington Oaks West Subdivision Street Lighting District with the cost to be funded by an increase in the special annual assessment levied on each of the property owners within the district described below.

All land located in:

Barrington Oaks West Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 85, Pages 72 and 73, public records of Pinellas County, Florida.

All of the above being located in Section 12, Township 28 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida.

The costs for replacing the existing fixtures in the district and for street lighting services in said district for the first 12 months is estimated at a total cost of $11,175.84. The estimated per unit cost of $210.86 is a special first annual assessment per each of the property owners within said district.

At said public hearing the Board may adopt a Resolution authorizing the changes in lighting services.

Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting/hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings, and, for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.

Interested parties may appear at the hearing and be heard regarding the proposed changes in lighting services to the Barrington Oaks West Subdivision Street Lighting District. Any comments may be directed to the Board Records Department located on the fifth floor of the Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756.
