RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale and Amend Final Judgment filed June 06, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522007CA002936XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein RESIDENTIAL FUNDING COMPANY, LLC, is Plaintiff, and JOSE LOPEZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN COUNTY OF PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN BOOK 14460 PAGE 195 AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ:
Lot 16, BLOCK 20, HALL'S CENTRAL Avenue SUBDIVISION NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
