NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 8th day of July 2013, at 10:00am at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1406, BUILDING 14, PHASE I, OF GLENEAGLES I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5272, PAGES 499-587, INCLUSIVE, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 57-78, INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, TOGETHER WITH THE PERCENTAGE OF SHARE OF COMMON ELEMENTS AS ST FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
