NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain Condominium unit composed of Unit Number 46, EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CYPRESS ESTATES CONDOMINIUM UNIT TWO, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as shown on plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 41, Pages 53 through 57, inclusive, all in accordance with and subject to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5012, Pages 1951 through 2012, and all amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 274 Cypress Lane, Oldsmar, Florida, 34677.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 9, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
