UNIT NO. 34 OF OAK LAKE PARK II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4803, PAGE 1161, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1960 UNION ST # 34, CLEARWATER, FL 33763; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on July 16, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
