NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-014450-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES AMQ 2006-HE7 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES AMQ 2006-HE7, is the Plaintiff and STEVEN J. TUTEN are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on JULY 8, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, LESS THE WEST 27 1/2 FEET THEREOF, AND ALL OF LOT 3, BLOCK “B”, A RESUBDIVISION OF BEACHAVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 35, SAIND LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
