NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-015966-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2005-OPT4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OPT4, is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM E. GARLAND A/K/A WILLIAM GARLAND; PATRICIA GARLAND; SAND CANYON CORPORATION FORMERLY KNOWN AS ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION N/K/A TATYANA GARLAND; PLAINTIFF are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on JULY 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 46, WOODBROOK SUBDISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 88, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNT, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
