NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-004057-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-11, is the Plaintiff and SEAN C. ATWOOD; JILL A. ATWOOD; GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN PERSON (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on JULY 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, FOREST GROVE, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGES 68 AND 69, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
