NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21th, 2013 and entered in case 52-2011-CA-012331-XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein Space Coast Credit Union, as Servicer for Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta is the Plaintiff and Thuc Huu Nguyen and Khuong T. Le, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for case at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 am on the August 22 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 6, Block 8, CUMBERLAND PARK, 1ST ADDITION, as recorded in Plat Book 65, Page 37, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
