NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-006636-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and DEREK TAYLOR; THERESE TAYLOR; P AND R RENOVATIONS AND INTERIORS, INC.; GRAND VENEZIA AT BAYWATCH; BANK OF AMERICA; VICS PAINTING, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on JULY 8, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1237, THE GRAND VENEZIA AT BAYWATCH, CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14030, PAGES 1368 THROUGH 1486, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST INTHE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
