NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 06, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-015864-CI Sec 11 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC., Plaintiff, and JEFF L. MOORE; MICHELE MOORE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; ANCLOTE RIVER CROSSINGS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com,, at 10:00 AM, on the 22nd day of July, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, ANCLOTE RIVER CROSSINGS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 132, PAGES 7 THROUGH 12, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
