NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-005810CI SEC 8 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-16 is the Plaintiff and Charisse D. Reed, a/k/a Charisse Reed; Unknown Spouse of Charisse D. Reed, a/k/a Charisse Reed; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the July 22, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 64, ERLE RENWICK SUBDIVISION NO. TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
