NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 28th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-006777, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for SunTrust Alternative Loan Trust 2006-1F, Plaintiff and FAHRUDIN KADRIC; , ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this July 17th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 17 feet of Lot 25 and all of Lot 26, INTERURBAN PARK, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 28, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
