NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08008947 CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW 2006-4 TRUST FUND, is Plaintiff and WILLIAM CASEY CLAFLIN MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE for PREMIER MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC., a FLORIDA CORPORATION; THE MOORINGS OF PINELLAS COUNTY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 9th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT E, IN BUILDING 4, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF THE MOORINGS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 38, AT PAGES 42-54, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4948, AT PAGE 1533, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS AMENDED
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
