NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-020399 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Citimortgage, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Jerry Lee Lewis, Silvia Mariela Lewis, Highland Woods Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
