NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2012 and Order Granting Successor Plaintiff's Amended Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated June 10, 2013, in Case No. 11-11291-CI-11, of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Frontier Engineering, Inc., a Florida corporation, is the Successor Plaintiff and Mary A. Walters, State of Florida Department of Revenue, United States Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service and Try of Coastal Florida, Inc., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of August, 2013, the following described property set forth in that certain Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2012:
Lot 1, PALOMINO REPLAT, less the East 54.72 feet thereof, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 49, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
