Mohn, Kristin R. Mohn, are defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 22nd day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE SOUTH 100 FEET OF THE WEST 100 FEET OF FARM 20, PINELLAS FARMS, IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, LESS THE WEST 15 FEET THEREOF, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 4 AND 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
