NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-015841-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and FLOYD N. SIMPSON; JUDY A SIMPSON, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 26th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 48, BUILDING B-36, ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT FORTY-TWO, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDANCE WITH AND TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4583, PAGES 2120 THROUGH 2147, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 104, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
