NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-006062-20, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and DINESH DILALL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DINESH DILALL; RAMRAJIE DILALL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAMRAJIE DILALL; LEISURE WORLD MOBILE HOME PARK ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 26th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK J, OF PLEASURE WORLD PARK UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 73-74 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH 1980 NOBI DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME VIN#N22030A AND VIN#N22030B, TITLE#17454787 AND TITLE#17454788
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
