YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, MAGNOLIA RIDGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit No. 207, Building F, IMPERIAL OAKS CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat book 39, Pages 110-111, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium in O.R. Book 4980, Page 1953, and amended in O.R. Book 5144, Page 1120, and any and all further amendments thereto, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3038 Eastland Boulevard, #F207, Clearwater, Florida, 33761.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before July 22, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
