YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, MISSION OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of UNIT 8-A and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of MISSION OAKS CONDOMINIUM, and Exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in O.R. BOOK 4156, pages 864 through 912, inclusive, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 17, pages 86 through 89, inclusive, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 13810 Mission Oaks Boulevard, Seminole, Florida, 33776.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before July 22, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
