NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 05, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-12566-CI-15 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and KAREN M. VAN WIE, RONALD R. VAN WIE, SR, TWIN OAKS APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com,, at 10:00 AM, on the 23rd day of July, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 39, TWIN OAKS APARTMENTS II , A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3612, PAGE 212 THROUGH 248, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE (S) 76, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL RECORDED AND UNRECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
