NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27th, 2008, and to an order on plaintiff's motion to reset judicial sale and issue re-notice of sale, dated June 4th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522007CA012466XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF DECEMBER 1st, 2005, FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-E, is Plaintiff and BRIAN L. BORNEMANN, et.al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 29th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK “E” FIRST ADDITION TO GULF SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 14 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
