NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-000136 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Michael Katchmark, Lake Tarpon Sail & Tennis Club Common Elements Association Inc, Tarpon Highlands at Lake Tarpon Sail & Tennis Club, II Condominium Assoc. Inc., Unknown Spouse of Michael Katchmark N/K/A Adriana Katchmark, are defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 24th day of July 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT NUMBER 2702 A/K/A UNIT 2702, BUILDING 27, TOGETHER WITH APPURTENANCES THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TARPON HIGHLANDS AT LAKE TARPON SAIL & TENNIS CLUB, II, A CONDOMINIUM, AND RELATED DOCUMENTS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16050, PAGE 269 THROUGH 342, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 152, PAGES 19 THROUGH 29, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
