NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 19, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-021950 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee in trust for the benefit of the Certificateholders for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Trust 2004-FR1, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-FR1, Plaintiff and Denise Marianne Mercuri are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 4, FLORAL VILLA ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
