NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-000879 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association as Successor to Chase Home Finance, LLC, as Successor by Merger to Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff and Rex L. Craig Jr. a/k/a Rex L. Craig and Denita Craig, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 8, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, PFAU'S CRESENT LAKE GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
