Paxton are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 209, GULL-AIRE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGES 40 THROUGH 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME, YEAR: 1983, MAKE: PALM HARBOR HOMES INC, VIN#: PH18515AFL AND VIN#: PH18515BFL, WHICH IS AFFIXED THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
