The administration of the estate of James A. Fleischman, deceased, Case No.: 13-4040ES, is pending in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756. The estate is testate and the date of the decedent's Will and any codicils is January 26, 2007. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative's attorney are set forth below.
Any interested person whom a copy of the notice of administration is served who challenges the validity of the will, qualification of the personal representative, venue, or jurisdiction of the court is required to file any objection with the court in the manner provided in the Florida Probate Rules within the time required by law of those objections are forever barred.
Any person entitled to exempt property is required to file a petition for determination of exempt property WITHIN THE TIME PROVIDED BY LAW OF THE RIGHT TO EXEMPT PROPERTY IS DEEMED WAIVED. An election to take an elective share must be filed WITHIN THE TIME PROVIDED BY LAW.
