NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 7, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-013563-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, 2007-12 is the Plaintiff and FERNANDO E. CONDEMARIN A/K/A FERNADO CONDEMARIN; TRADEWINDS A METROWEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A GUILLERMO RIBEYRO, and JANE DOE N/K/A JANET VALDIA are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 07/11/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

PAGE 0544, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN
UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND
TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION
