NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 29th day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-002650 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE N.A. AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and EILEEN KRUPODEROV; NIKITA KRUPODEROV; TIVOLI GARDENS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 30th day of July, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 72, TIVOLI GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, AT PAGES 120 THROUGH 130, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
