NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 004482 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. Residential Credit Solutions, Inc. is Plaintiff and WILLIAM HOWARD; DYMPHNA RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK; BRONSON'S LANDING HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 11th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 116 OF BRONSON'S LANDINGS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE 139, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
