NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed May 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-037281-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR1 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JANUARY 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and CONRAD BERNIER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CONRAD BERNIER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; LA COSTA BRAVA LAKESIDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 10th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 13-147, LA COSTA BRAVA LAKESIDE, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 7567, PAGE 2757, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
