NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-019057 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2005-48T1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-48T1 is the Plaintiff and Fernando A. Hoffman a/k/a Fernando Hoffman; Nancy J. Hoffman a/k/a Nancy Hoffman; Fieldstream Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 9th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 70, fieldstream - Phase 1, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in plat book 39, pages 29 through 32, inclusive, of the PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA.
