NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-001278-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association, successor by merger to National City Mortgage Co., is the Plaintiff and Frederick G. Sigler, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on August 8, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 1021, Building 10, of Courtney Landing, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as Recorded in Official Records book 8239, Page 2982, as amended, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remainning funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
