Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 10, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
lot 7, block a, eden park estates, according to that map or plat thereof, as recorded in plat book y page 25, of the public records of orange county, florida
and commonly known as: 4422 RUNDLE RD, ORLANDO, FL 32810; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on August 12, 2013 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
