Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 48-2007-CA-014857-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-W4, UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 1, 2005 is the Plaintiff, and FRANCISCO J. FLORES, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 17,less the North 80 feet,PERSHING VILLAS, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 112,of the Public Records of Orange County,Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 8th day of August, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
