NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2013 and entered in Case No.: 2010-CA-018833-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC., is the Plaintiff and NICHOLAS V. TRIMARCHE,THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NICHOLAS V. TRIMARCHE; IF LIVING, INCLUDING ANY UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAID DEFENDANT(S), IF REMARRIED, AND IF DECEASED, THE RESPECTIVE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, AND TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS, CLAIMING BY THROUGH AND UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANT(S); AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, FSB; WHETHER DISSOLVED OR PRESENTLY EXISTING, TOGETHER WITH ANY GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, OR TRUSTEES OF SAID DEFENDANT(S) AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST DEFENDANT(S) UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the sale date, August 19, 2013 at 11:00am, at the Orange County Courthouse, 425 N. Orange Avenue Orlando, FL 32801 on the Orange County Real foreclosure website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, on the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The South 100 feet of the North 400 feet of Lot 58, W.R. Munger Land Co., (Less the West 30 feet and the East 60 feet) according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book E, Page (s) 22, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, said land lying in Section 9, Township 24 South, Range 28 East Property Address: 10424 Pocket Lane Orlando, Florida 32836.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
