NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2013 and entered in Case No.: 2009-CA-014449-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR SRMOF REO 2011-1 TRUST, is the Plaintiff and MARY A. DOBBS aka MARY DOBBS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, et, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the sale date, August 19, 2013 at 11:00am, at the Orange County Courthouse, 425 N. Orange Avenue Orlando, FL 32801 on the Orange County Real foreclosure website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, on the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, in Block B, of Oakmont Park, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book V, at Page 56, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
