ORELLANA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S SERVICING COMPANY; VISTA LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOSE ORELLANA are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 07/22/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
