NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 6th , 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2011-CA-008384-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and , NELSON TEJADA A/K/A NELSON TEJADA, JR.; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NELSON TEJADA A/K/A NELSON TEJADA, JR.; and MELISSA ACOSTA A/K/A M. ACOSTA; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELISSA ACOSTA A/K/A M. ACOSTA; and LOURDES OSORIO; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOURDES OSORIO; and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST COMMONWEALTH MORTGAGE; and NORTH SHORE AT LAKE HART HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 9th day of July , 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
BUILDING 10, VERANDA IV AT LAKE HART, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8294, PAGE 416, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
