NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-019373-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee for the Holders of the Deutsche Alt-A Securities Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-OA1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Basiliza Perez; Unknown Spouse of Basiliza Perez; Jose Perez; Avalon Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 15th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 69, AVALON LAKES PHASE 1, VILLAGES I & J, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 128 THROUGH 134 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
