NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 14, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-022093-O, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, wachovia mortgage corporation is the Plaintiff, and stella moreno; the unknown beneficiaries of the ingman moreno rec; and unknown tenant(s) in possession are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Lydia Gardner, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on July 18, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
