NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 19, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-007052 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and William Benjamin Sommers Jr. a/k/a William B. Sommers Jr. and Tina Marie Sommers a/k/a Tina M. Sommers, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 19, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
