NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 20 day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-057672, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 22 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12 AND 13, BLOCK 268, UNIT 9, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 7 THROUGH 18, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
