NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08 2010 CA 001288, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and GIACOMO CAMPIONE, HERSTON ENGINEERING SERVICES INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB, THE LANDINGS AT CORAL CREEK OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., SUZANNE CAMPIONE, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and HELGA P. BELLMAN- BIGLEY, FORMERLY HELGA P. BELMANN, AS TRUSTEE OF THE HELGA P. BELLMANN TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 20, 1995 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 7th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 71, THE LANDINGS AT CORAL CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 10A THROUGH 10K, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
