Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order dated June 11, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-004121 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, NA, as trustee for theLMT 2006-7 Trust Fund, Plaintiff and Ronald Edward Mann a/k/a Ronald E. Mann and Marcia Deanne Mann a/k/a Marcia D. Mann are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on October 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgement, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 30 FEET OF LOT 4 AND THE SOUTH 30 FEET OF LOT 5, LESS THE WEST 46.57 FEET AND THE NORTH 30 FEET OF LOT 8, LESS THE WEST 46.57 FEET AND THE NORTH 30 FEET OF LOT 9, FIRST ADDITION TO OXFORD MANOR, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
