NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 04, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-2009-CA-006562 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and WALTER J. STONES; MARY E. STONES; CHARLOTTE COUNTY; TENANT #1 N/K/A SARAH E. STONES are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 2nd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 1 AND 2 AND LOT 18 OF CORAL RIDGE UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 15A THROUGH 15B, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND THE EAST 40 FEET OF THE NORTH 195 FEET OF THE EAST 199 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 41 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, LESS PUBLIC ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
