Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Clerk of Circuit and County Courts of Collier County, Florida, will on July 15, 2013, at 11:00 o'clock A.M., in the Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida.:
Unit/Week 26 in Condominium Parcel Number 702 of Eagles Nest On Marco Beach, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 976, at Page 600, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
