Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated June 14, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2011 CA 000576, in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and KATHLEEN MICKLE, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF FREDERICK J. ODELL, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:

C-205 RIVIERA GOLF ESTATES CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2 A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF OF RECORD IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 765 PAGES 1619 THROUGH 1654 AS AMENDED OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at The lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM, on the 15 day of July, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
